Ricardo “Liniers” Siri:
Argentinian Ricardo “Liniers” Siri currently teaches at the Center for Cartoon Studies Well known internationally for his wildly popular daily cartoon “Macanudo”, it is now syndicated by King Features and available in the US.
Liniers also writes and illustrates picture books including “Written and Drawn by Henrietta” and “The Big Wet Balloon”, and the most recent “Wildflowers” Candlewick TOON picture books in simultaneous Spanish and English language editions.
He has illustrated New Yorker covers, album covers and collections of travel journals.
A musician and performer, he often draws for audiences accompanied by live music in countries all over the world.
